I remember the first time I heard the phrase 'it's brick out' was way back in college as an undergrad. And ever since then, I've been using it to describe the incredibly cold weather. Hence the cord dress, sweater and cardigan. The colder it gets, the more I'll have to use my dresses as the base to all my outfits, layering sweater after sweater on top of it.
