Pre-Thanksgiving
It’s going to be a short post because I know most of you guys are probably too busy with Thanksgiving to read. I do miss Thanksgiving. If there’s something we need here in Vietnam, it’s more big holiday meals like that. We have the Lunar New Year feast, and maybe the Mid-Autumn Festival, and little holidays in between, but in the US you guys have Thanksgiving and Christmas and Easter and Memorial Day and Fourth of July and Labor’s Day and Halloween… that are all associated with food. It’s really not fair.
