I normally am not the girl who builds an outfit from the ground up. I love shoes, don't get me wrong, but I don't love them as much as I love a great bag or pretty jewelry. I do however base an outfit around one special piece though, and these velveteen pumps in a gorgeous peacock blue were special enough to feature.
