My husband bought my first leather jacket for me while we were in Florence, Italy last year. I think it was a consolation present because I really wanted a Chloe Paraty handbag. lol Italy is known for its leather, so of course it is also one of the most touristy things to buy. I bought my brother a leather wallet in the San Lorenzo Market, and after seeing a billion leather jackets during my 5 days in Florence, I succumbed and fell for this jacket at a boutique near the Accademia Gallery. I waited until now to wear it for two reasons.
1) I lived the island life in Puerto Rico until earlier this year. It was too hot for a leather jacket.
