Pink Ribbon on a Black Cloche
Dear Dress Lovers, How are you at taking something mediocre and making it stand out? I know I need improvement, but I am getting better at that little game! A recent fun find was a 10-dollar soft felt hat at what we call a "dime store." I took it home, added pink ribbon and one of my flower pins (both can be taken off easily and switched up), and I love the result! The hat is much more interesting now! The gray dress needs a slip, more due to static than see-thru, but instead of a regular slip, I added a lined but lightweight, silky, polka-dot skirt underneath. I love layering! Hats!!
