What I Wore:
Skirt: NY&Co - $20
Shirt: Target - $4
Shoes: Target - $6
My outfit was oddly appropriate for Veteran's Day, as our friends across the Atlantic (and to the north) wear them to remember those who lost their lives and honor the sacrifices of national heroes. My school didn't take a day off for Veteran's Day (we've got a lot of days off coming soon, so it wasn't entirely logical to do so), so this was my simple (and subtle) way of honoring Veteran's Day without being all in your face red white and blue about it. Nobody caught on or made the connection, so it was perhaps too subtle.
I realize that this is a couple days late, but...
