Day one in Kalispell.
My family and I went to Kalispell, Montana for Thanksgiving. Before we got to the traveling, a fiasco revealed itself in our household. My mom went to put her luggage in the car only to find an expired passport. As far as I know, you can't cross a country border without one and new passports take weeks if not months to obtain. I burst into tears knowing our trip couldn't go on the way it should. I wasn't sad thinking we might abandon Montana, I was sad thinking someone might be left behind.
