Mullet skirts and dresses were a rage this summer. These mystical, asymmetrical hemlines originated in the Victorian era dresses and gowns, and have been in trend since then - disappearing and then resurfacing with a vengeance at regular intervals. I personally had been crushing this trend but couldn't make up my mind as to what I should buy - a skirt or a dress....
