Downtown // Before the Hurricane

The day is blank and your next move is entirely up to you. My friends and I made good use out of a lazy and completely open Saturday on the Lower East Side in NYC. One of the last warm days of fall before LES turned into a scene out of I Am Legend. I haven't been down there since this beautiful day a few weeks ago, and haven't gotten a first hand impression of the damage and emptiness of LES after the hurricane, but I have hope that one of my favorite parts of the city will be back up and running again....
