Where was she? Finding a new favorite layering piece

When I wasn’t blogging, I was pairing pieces in my wardrobe that I normally wouldn’t. This outfit was one I pulled together in the last moments before heading out to a meeting over the summer. It was way too hot for a cardigan, and a strapless dress wasn’t appropriate for the meeting I was going to.
