as simple as black and white, ebew
The expression "in black and white" means that something should be obvious, easy, simple to understand. Maybe that's why it's an outfit staple for a busy lady. But since I had to wear that color combination at my first hostess job in a restaurant I am occasionally reluctant to don it in certain combinations...but today EBEW is celebrating some fave black & white closet finds. Mine has to be this vintage dress and jacket with the rick rackety trim. It was one of my first vintage purchases years ago. I remember finding it stuffed between newer items in a thrift store and thinking I would never wear such a white dress- I am a fan of coffee, chocolate, and small...
