The camel coat.
Camel coat: Max Mara. Heels: Russell & Bromley. Dress: Isabel de Pedro.
I've always loved velvety camel coats, the sort that almost look like glamorous dressing gowns. This one is a roomy two sizes too big for my mum but when that works, it works well. I think her height is what really helps her pull off this look. The flash of her blue dress underneath works well too. Aaahh, one day I'd like to look a little like my Mother in a big cosy coat, comme ça.
