sunshine after the rain
The weather is actually starting to feel like Fall here!!
On Monday my son had a field trip to Santa Cruz (beach)
The kids jumped on the school bus in the pouring rain
with smiles and hope that it would stop raining.
And I think their cheerful spirits helped!
When they arrived to Santa Cruz the rain magically stopped, and the kids were able
to enjoy a beautiful day at the beach & woods.
Here's a picture my sons teacher took of the beach they visited.
I still can't believe it was raining cats and dogs in the morning!!
And yes, I'm wearing pink denim in Fall.
Or "Rose Smoke" as they call it in the world of fashion.
