I've never been much of a plaid fan. Maybe because it reminds me of men, grunge, and the 90's (or grungy men in the 90's). Plaid screams "MALE" to me which isn't a bad thing. Except that time I wore plaid to a concert and I was one of a hundred guys wearing plaid or that other time when I went to a party and some boy and I were wearing the same shirt. My boyfriend wears plaid shirts just about every day and that's mostly all his closet contains. There's just something so unfeminine about plaid and I like my clothes girly. Which is why I paired something strangely manly with something obnoxiously girly and sparkly. For as much as I dislike plaid, I like sparkly items...
