From blog respect the shoes
A Constant State of Flux
To keep my closet semi-sane, I try to abide by the rule that before a
new item comes in, something old must go out. So a lot of my things are
constantly moving around in my closet as I continue to shop, shop, shop
for the new and weed out the old for donation/sale/pass to a friend.
When
it comes to deciding what should go in my closet, I know a lot of
people recommend that if you haven't worn something in more than a year,
then it shouldn't take up anymore room in your life. I unfortunately
have a bunch of stuff that I may not have worn in a really long period
of time but I still can't give up because that jacket is just so darn pretty/my sister gave...
