Sweater-F21 (similar), Skirt-Target (similar), Boots-Naturalizer, Nameplate-from 1996! I got this leopard skirt on the clearance rack for $10 (same day as I got this dress). I was this close to putting it back on the rack. When I go shopping now, I make more of a conscious effort to only buy clothes that fit in with the rest of my wardrobe.
