making progress
Thank you for listening to me vent on my last post about my sons homework!!
I never imagined 1st grade homework to be this demanding.
Sadly one more worksheet assignment has been added to the load this week.... :(
But........
I think his hard work is paying off. The past few days I've been noticing a dramatic improvement in my son's reading and writing!! It's like a switch suddenly turned on in his body.
I asked him to write one sentence today. He not only wrote one sentence but kept on going and wrote a few sentences. Spelling is a different story,
but I'm just thrilled that he's not afraid to put words down onto paper.
