Dress-Target, Boots-Target, Nameplate-So old it's vintage Oh, how I love the Target clearance rack. I spotted this dress first in an XL on clearance and scoured the racks praying I'd find it in a XS. Lucky me, I found the very last one! I scored this dress (which came with the belt) for $7, marked down from $24. Honey boo boo's mom would be proud.
