I am quickly learning that the key to successfully dressing in chilly weather is layers. Ireland has a tendency to change weather rather quickly, so it can be sunny and (kind of) warm one minute, then cold and rainy the next. I have gotten into the habit of packing an extra cardigan and scarf in my backpack everyday to combat the changing weather.
