Ever since I saw this ModCloth kitty pocket dress (here and here) I started "coveting" it. However, because I cannot afford a $367.99 dress and I don't see ModCloth sending it my way any time soon, I had to take matters into my own hands. It was a very easy to do, this thrifted skirt was the purr-fect candidate. Get it? purrfect?
