“Bad Ass Chic”
Once a month at my job, our service department has a meeting and someone from the group is chosen to be the pilot. Yes! You guessed it right, I was chosen in the last meeting to be this month’s pilot. Our agenda is simple and to the point: start, stop, and keep doing things in our department from our position’s point of view. I believe this a great way to get everyone’s opinion on both the positive and things we need to change within our department. This opportunity created a big challenge for me.
