Unexpected
I was looking through my archive and realized, to my shock, that I’ve never paired this sweater with these trousers! And here I thought I had worn it with every navy item in my closet! I paired them with this red blazer to pick up the red in the plaid of the trousers, and also because without it, the outfit would look too close to pajamas to be worn on a workday. Usually, I’m not against pajamas-as-workwear, but I did have a work meeting, so blazer it is.
