A late Monday missive from me today after a busy day at the office. Skipped out on running club in favour of finishing my book as I’m exhausted… We ran 11 miles with my sister yesterday morning and it’s gotten to the stage where I can’t remember the last weekend we didn’t do a long run. Still, we keep on going. Next weekends plan is 20 miles and I’m already thinking about what food to get in for after. I normally crave hot cheese and salty things, lots of cups of tea and biscuits! To mitigate the temptation of ordering takeaway, I make sure to stock up mid-week prior to a long run so that Joe doesn’t start looking at KFC on JustEat. We can make similar at...
