Quite a few years ago I got rid of my battered burgundy adidas Sambas and pale green Gazelles - both of which were years old, suede and absolutely trashed. My Dad wore both styles in the 70s and 80s; I’ve always loved poring over old photos of Mum and Dad’s sartorial choices! These cream Superstars (suede again) with silver splotches have never had a lot of wear so I gave them a whirl with my wide leg trousers for casual Friday at the office. I didn’t hate it so perhaps one to repeat as Sod’s Law dictates that if I part company with them, Superstars will be the next trendy adidas shoe 😂 Have a good weekend all!
