Necessary Layers
Dug out some really old rarely worn items a few weeks ago as it was cold . Layers were necessary plus socks with my loafers! I have a few shirts in my wardrobe, mainly patterned (stripes, gingham, spots) that I keep around for winter layering but never wear on their own as the star piece. I love the colour of this blue ottoman top and am keeping an eye out for a (second hand) long sleeved v-neck jumper in a similar colour which I think would get far more wear. This top has three-quarter length sleeves which can be awkward under a blazer with bunching up. Still it’s such a lovely colour that I will keep it for now and try to wear it a few more times when spring...
