How I Stay Healthy in the Winter Months Tis’ the season for colder weather and less sunshine… well hopefully not too much for us here in Florida! The winter it can be easy to get lax about your health physically and mentally, especially toward then end of the season when you are desperately wishing for spring. I am excited to share with you some of my favorite ways to stay healthy in the winter!
1. Eat Healthy. I know easier said then done, around the holidays! I try my best to keep my plate well-rounded and full of colorful foods. This helps keep my vitamin intake up and my immune system at its peak.
