I’ve been traveling near and far my whole life, but I’ve never really played tourist in my hometown (or the town next to my hometown). So when my husband and I recently visited Chico, just 75 miles north of us in Sacramento, it was a fun treat to see it like a visitor (with a little familiarity of the streets).
