Easy Accessory
One of the reasons I wear brooches so much is because they’re an easy, fun way to accessorize without adding weight/layers to the outfit, which is important when it’s hot out. However, sometimes a brooch doesn’t work with an outfit, especially when I wear a printed top and a brooch can clash/get lost in the print. When a brooch doesn’t work, I will resort to my other accessory of choice – suspenders. Again, they’re lightweight, and they add some unisex appeal to an outfit too – always a plus for me.
