Summer Olympics Party
Y’all know I love a good theme party and I really wanted to throw one last hurrah at our Michigan house! I got a PR box from NBC in preparation for the Olympics and knew that I had to run with the theme. I used a lot of leftover July 4th stuff, but also added in plenty of olympic flare!
The centerpiece of the island were these mini cheesecakes in gold muffin wrappers . I used classic graham crackers instead of vanilla wafers, then topped with strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, blueberries and chocolate chips for the colors of the Olympic rings.
The American Flag cheeseboard was super fun to put together and incredibly easy! 2 rows of meat, 3 cheese...
