Didn't I whinge in after my last dressmaking effort that I thought a white dress looked juvenile?? Well, I'm pretty sure a ruffle tank top falls into the same category.But I still love it!I made this with my trusty Grainline tiny pocket tank pattern, but added a little extra under the arm to give a little more wearing ease. I drafted the flounce myself and used a 1/8 inch rolled hem foot to neaten the edges and french seams throughout. The fabric is Liberty, Fairford in pink, which I'd originally purchased to make something for Adele, but really, she shows very little respect toward her clothes, so I'm quite happy to take this.I wore this today to a picnic and it was...
