Work it Out I think I've done it! That is, found the holy grail of an at home workout programme I enjoy and genuinely think I can stick to. I'm not sure on whose blog or IG I saw it mentioned but I started the Heather Robertson 4.0 twelve week programme last week and am seven sessions down now. I decided to start whilst Joe is away (again. Singapore again) as despite running hundreds of miles together every year, I'm ridiculously self-conscious of working out at home as I am such a weakling. I can't even do one push up (other than on my knees), I've never been able to and I'll be shocked if I ever can to be honest. I've always known that strength training will help my running...
