HO CHI MINH CITY!
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam was my favorite part of my Southeast Asia trip. The motorbikes and energy are just so addicting. It’s a city that really never stops going. There’s nothing better than pho and bánh mì at any time of day. The family and I stayed at two very beautiful hotels. Le Meridien Saigon is just steps from the center city and turns into one giant party every evening. Vinpearl Landmark 81 was super elegant and has the most incredible views of all of Saigon. Both had something special that I loved. I woke up excited for every single day here. A little chaos is needed.
