Another Day, Another Stripe
What would my world be without stripes?! I have far too many yet I always gravitate towards buying more.... Help! My SAD light therapy box arrived yesterday, alongside some vitamin D3 and B complex tablets to hopefully see me through winter in a cheerier, more positive mindset than last winter. It's worth a try as I just felt so awful for months on end 2022 into 2023. I remember the exact day my mood shifted and wrote about it here !
