Loopy Laps
'Fresh' off the back of a 12 mile run at 6:00am this morning I sat down to prep a post for today. We did four 3 mile loops and then Joe carried on as he wanted to clock 17-18 miles today; training for an upcoming marathon at Dorney Lake in Windsor. I have nothing in the diary race wise until November - in Deauville, France! Speaking of France, we head over again in about three weeks so the October and November trips will be our fourth and fifth visits of 2023 💙 Office attire wise, it's time for thicker fabrics and slightly longer sleeves now that autumn is well and truly here. Plus I always take a cardigan just in case! ...
