Stick With It
On Monday the temperature was forecast to be 23 rather than 30+ so I dug out a more autumnal coloured dress for work, layered it over a top and slipped on my black loafers. Well that was a mistake! I should have stuck with a thinner summer dress, no layers and sandals as I was rather hot all day. My period arrived that morning which didn't help matters - the all day headache on Sunday and BOILING alive all night long whilst unable to sleep should have been a clue. I generally run very, very cold but when my period arrives I feel like I'm burning up from the inside. That is a relatively new thing in the last couple of years but it's getting worse the older I get.... ...
