To “make” this denim vest, I simply cut off the sleeves. I hemmed nothing and it has served me for over seven years and dozens of outfits.
Vest, Tinseltown (cut from a consignment jacket). Skirt, swap. Sandals, Uggs. Bag, thrifted.
