Thirty Minutes
Thirty minutes of sunshine is the window of opportunity in our back garden right now if I get home from the office at 5:30pm. There is a big tree over the road that the sun sinks behind at this time of year so earlier in the week I left bang on 5pm (I arrived at 7:40am so didn't feel at all guilty), washed my makeup off when I got home, slathered some SPF50 on my face, dragged out the deckchair and basked for thirty minutes. It was warm enough to stay sat out for another hour or more but I had running plans so once the sun sank behind the three I changed into my running attire and left the house for a 20 minute walk until it was time to meet up with Paul and Steve....
