Make Tracks at the Zoo 5K {2023}
It has been a BUSY summer over here, so I am just now getting around to blogging about the Make Tracks Through the Zoo 5K at the St. Louis Zoo that Nathan and I did back in May. This was the weekend after I chaperoned Autumn’s class trip to Branson, MO and I wasn’t expecting a good race time due to the fact that I had stuffed myself full of delicious treats all week! But, I actually landed up getting my second best EVER 5K time and I was seconds from PR’ing! If I had known I was THAT close to PR’ing, I would have hustled it and gotten that PR, but such is life.
