(Bank Holiday) Monday Blues
Happy bank holiday Monday to those like me who have a lovely extra day off today! I must admit though that after dropping Felix at his Dad's armed with birthday gifts and cards, running 5 trail miles with my sister and a chatty lunch after with Mum and Dad, I have worked this afternoon for an hour and a half. Still, it was bliss not to be woken up by the alarm today as we were up and out early Saturday morning for a family-friendly Escape Room with my sister, E & F and on Sunday the alarm went off at 7am as F had a football match. They won 6-4 which was a delight and then in the afternoon Elodie and her two other partners in crime won both a bronze and silver...
