Joppa Pumps
Today I knocked over a box of strawberries at the supermarket and the other day I woke up with a crick in my neck. I did some silly things during zumba class too....like when the instructor faces the class to go over steps, I thought he wanted us students to face backwards, so there I was facing backwards and dancing. It took a few minutes for me to realize that I was the only one facing towards the back...pretty embarrassing.
Yes, some weeks I just feel simply clumsy and out of tune with the world.
So this week I'm going to do what I think my body is asking me to do.
