Running My First 10K

Over the weekend I ran my first 10K race in Deer Park. It was an absolute incredible experience even though the weather was extremely cold. I ran in negative degree weather and it was really windy – but I persevered. Running my first 10K happened 3 months after I ran my first 5K.
