Our House, In the Middle of Our Street

Pattern: Deer & Doe Passiflore Fabric: Thin heart-printed denim, a remnant from Ohlssons Tyger Notions: Coconut buttons , D-Rings, Interfacing, Thread Alterations: I added 3 cm to the bodice length, above the princess seam curve. The autumn of 2022 was spent rebuilding the house. It was 4 months in total and during that time we had workers in and out up to 6 days each week. And even when they weren’t there, the house was still a mess. My sewing room was left untouched, save for an extra drawer we had to put there. In the end though, I was too exhausted by everything that sewing was left on the back burner for most of December....
