Cold Snap, part 2
We are experiencing another cold snap at the moment, with overnight temperatures of -5 and icy roads which make for dicey driving and running conditions! I've managed to run 10 days out of 17 so far this year so am really pleased with that and hopeful that my good start to the year isn't curtailed like 2022 with Covid followed by my appendix exploding - obviously the latter can't happen again as I had it removed. Just staying well and injury free would be a massive bonus compared to February and March of last year. Here's hoping!
