I decided to layer it over my Gap bell dress, using this method (Via Elle of Fast Food and Fast Fashion, and Jean of Extra Petite) and successfully wore it all day without issues. I love the idea of wearing a dress as skirt! Dress: Gap (old) Shirt: J.
