Hiya everyone. Hope you are all good and enjoying August. Not much to report this week. David has been hard at work on our footings, and with concrete having been poured last week he is now clearing the site ready for brickwork. I've not been able to help much - just running any errands and making tea! Well someone has to do it! I've been to my gym classes and am really starting to notice a difference in my body. I've even been brave enough to wear shorts today, something I would never have considered in the past - seems my cycle class is paying off!
