Distraction Monday
Today was filled with constant interruptions, and it was a reminder that being a teacher can feel like living in a fishbowl while running around like a crazy lady at times! This morning I had the school psychologist observing a student while I gave a lesson, the phone rang several times which interrupted even more learning time, and I had parents coming in and out of the classroom for various reasons. It just seemed like extra distractions happened today, which is not the best on Mondays. I'm glad the day is over and I am happy with how much the kids learned despite all of the hubbub. The weather is still nice, and I'm trying to wear the dresses and skirts I haven't...
