Summer Home Check List
I was having a chat with my friend the other day about what money pits homes can be sometimes. Homes are investments (and most of the time great investments), but there always seems to be work or projects that need doing (catch my drift?). If you remember, we purchased our home from the bank and it had sat vacant for years before we moved in, meaning it needed A LOT of work.
