San Diego Recap: USS Midway & Shakespeare’s Afternoon Tea
I’m back to share my second San Diego recap post where we visited the USS Midway and then had a delicious tea time at Shakespeare’s Corner Shoppe & Afternoon Tea. I noticed while we were in San Diego, the climate was warm enough that they didn’t really have any grass or annual flowers. This succulent wall was next to our hotel and YES, they were real succulents!
Our hotel was along the bay and within walking distance of the USS Midway Museum . We had our travel agent set us up with a ‘Skip the Line’ pass and we walked right onboard at the 10:00 a.m. opening time. Here is a little history about it: The USS...
