Morning my friends. How was your weekend? I'm on the run-up to my holiday, this week I'll be getting all of my toiletries bought, my nails done, eyelashes sorted and generally properly sorting my case. I have a couple of bits to buy at the airport, but basically I'm done. Father's Day yesterday was lovely, we went out for breakfast to a local cafe, I don't usually have breakfast, but decided to have poached egg on sourdough with smashed avocado and smoked salmon - It was delicious, but really filled me up. I did managed to enjoy the Tapas meal the kids arranged for David at my daughters house. I'll be smelling all garlicky this morning in my gym classes, but...
