Duver Dash & Beach Hut at Sandown
A friend from running club grew up on the Isle of Wight so we met him at the Medina parkrun on Saturday morning and then at the Duver Dash 5km (adults) and 2km (children) on the Sunday. His family own a beach hut in Sandown so post-run we decamped there for cups of tea, chips by the sea and some good old burying a child in the sand fun. (Affiliate link advertising banner)
